This week sees the debut of "The Queen Of Soul", Aretha Franklin   She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987. She also won Grammy's Lifetime Achievement Award in 1994.

We also have the Re-Entry and Chubby Checker's The Twist. It made it's first debut on 8/8/60 and spent a week at #1. Beginning this week, it sees it's 16th week in the Top 40.
